IT Senior Specialist

Job description:

• Support for colleagues = end users
• Creation of documentation for the IT area
• Infrastructure setup
• Implementation of a unified communication system through Microsoft 365
• Communication and training of users at MS 365
• Planning and securing internal and external resources in end-user support
• Cooperation on IT projects and introduction of necessary technologies into production
• Data security in the company

Job requirements:

• Secondary school or vocational training with graduation
• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge of the software environment – Microsoft windows, server at the operational level....
• Ability to communicate with users and provide them with the necessary information and IT knowledge they need to work
• Independence and ability of problem solving
• Language skills: Czech, English – communicative
